Hospital visit

These are not very recent pictures but they are some of my favorite. Right now we are in the hospital having been admitted about an hour ago. We are waiting for some time to grab some food we don't get much time especially now that the cafeteria is closed. Maybe we will find some peanut butter packets or something.
Here is the situation. The operating room staff gives priority to children that are in-patients vs out-patient for surgery scheduling. Since the baby is now considered in-patient, there is a strong push to get the surgery done in the next few days. I do not know the likelihood of it actually happening but our specialist thought it would be a pretty good chance. So if you want to pray for something, please pray for very little blood loss during the surgery and that she will not need a shunt. We are praying very strongly that she will not need the shunt. Also, check back frequently as I will be trying to keep this post going with current info.
